Taekwondo is a self defense discipline; the name is derived from the Korean words “tae”, meaning kick, “kwon”, a punch or other blow with the hand or fist, and “do”, which is a way or method of operation.

Kickboxing is one of the most popular combat sports around the world. Kickboxing derives its name from classic boxing as it incorporates punching and other striking techniques. Generally practiced as a way of self-defense, a great way to exercise, or even on the competitive circuit, kickboxing offers many benefits.

Football / Futsal
Football is the world’s most popular sport, known for its simplicity and widespread participation. It can be played almost anywhere. Futsal, a FIFA-recognized variant of indoor football, involves two teams of five players, uses rolling substitutes, and features a smaller, harder, and less bouncy ball compared to traditional soccer.

Dance
Dancing helps children explore and express themselves freely, fostering physical and mental development. It nurtures their imagination, builds confidence, and allows them to express their personality and emotions without fear of judgment.

Yoga

Badminton

Physical Education
Physical education (PE) is a subject taught globally in primary and secondary schools. It promotes health and fitness through activities that encourage psychomotor learning. Properly taught, PE enhances students’ physical health, behavior, and academic performance.
